Terma Tempahan & Polisi Pembayaran

Sila baca maklumat berikut sebelum membuat tempahan bagi memastikan proses perjalanan berjalan lancar.

TEMPAHAN

  1. Deposit bermula RM600 untuk pakej Joint Trip bergantung kepada destinasi perlancongan.
  2. Deposit serendah RM200 untuk pakej Private Trip.
  3. Pembayaran terus kepada:
    CCI Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd
    Maybank: 555126549801
  4. Pembayaran penuh pakej adalah 45 hari sebelum tarikh penerbangan.

POLISI JADUAL BAYARAN

  1. Bagi memastikan kelancaran operasi, pelanggan yang memilih kaedah bayaran ansuran adalah tertakluk kepada jadual bayaran yang telah ditetapkan berdasarkan tempoh pendaftaran sebelum tarikh penerbangan seperti berikut:
    • 7 bulan dan ke atas : Bayaran ke-2 adalah sebulan selepas pendaftaran, 3 kali bayaran seterusnya.
    • 3 - 6 bulan : 3 kali bayaran.
    • 1 - 2 bulan : Bayaran penuh pakej.
  2. Tarikh bayaran bagi setiap ansuran akan ditetapkan oleh wakil jualan yang mengendalikan tempahan pelanggan.

NOTA PENTING

  1. Bagi pembayaran menggunakan kad debit/kredit, caj pemprosesan sebanyak 1.5% daripada jumlah transaksi akan dikenakan.
  2. Pembayaran ansuran melalui platform ATOME, caj pemprosesan sebanyak 6.48% akan dikenakan.

POLISI PEMBATALAN

  1. Deposit tidak dikembalikan.
  2. Bagi penerbangan Emirates dan Qatar, pembatalan dari pelanggan 31 hari sebelum penerbangan penalti RM1500/seat dikenakan.
  3. Pembatalan pakej kurang dari 45 hari sebelum tarikh penerbangan, caj yang akan dikenakan:
    • 15-21 hari bekerja sebelum tarikh berlepas: 35% daripada tambang pelancongan.
    • 8-14 hari bekerja sebelum tarikh berlepas: 50% daripada tambang pelancongan.
    • 3-7 hari bekerja sebelum tarikh berlepas: 75% daripada tambang pelancongan.
    • 2 hari bekerja atau kurang sebelum tarikh berlepas: 100% daripada tambang pelancongan.
  4. Pembatalan lebih awal daripada 21 hari sebelum tarikh berlepas adalah tertakluk kepada kehilangan deposit serta sebarang kos yang telah ditanggung oleh pihak CCI Travel.
  5. Caj pembatalan adalah tertakluk kepada kos sebenar yang telah ditanggung oleh pihak CCI Travel kepada pihak ketiga seperti syarikat penerbangan, hotel, pengangkutan dan lain-lain.

PEMULANGAN WANG JIKA ADA

  1. Sebarang pemulangan wang jika berkenaan akan diproses selepas penolakan caj pembatalan dan kos sebenar.
  2. Tempoh pemulangan adalah tertakluk kepada proses pihak ketiga seperti bank, syarikat penerbangan, hotel dan lain-lain.

PINDAAN TEMPAHAN

Sebarang permintaan pindaan tarikh, nama atau butiran tempahan adalah tertakluk kepada kelulusan syarikat dan mungkin dikenakan caj tambahan.

Personal Data Protection Act

The Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”) is an act enacted by the Malaysian Government to protect individuals’ personal data in commercial transactions. Commercial transactions refer to any transaction of a commercial nature, regardless of whether it is contractual. This includes the collection of personal data from potential customers. Processing personal data refers to collecting, recording, holding, storing, or carrying out any operation or set of operations on personal data.

Under the PDPA, you have certain rights in relation to your personal data, including:

  • The right to access your personal data and correct it to ensure that the data is accurate, complete, not misleading, and up to date.
  • The right to withdraw your consent for the disclosure of your personal data for marketing purposes or for purposes other than fulfilling the service you have subscribed to.

If you provide consent to CCI Travel for marketing purposes, we may send promotional materials to you through various channels such as email, letters, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone calls. Even without such consent, CCI Travel may still use your personal data where necessary to provide products or services you have requested, fulfil contractual obligations, or comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

What Type Of Information Do We Collect?

We collect information provided by you, such as your name, email address, password details, or other information when you sign up, contact us, or make use of any of our services. For example, when you create a registered account with us or make a booking with CCI Travel, you may be asked to provide additional information such as your address, passport number, and payment details.

We may also collect information when you connect to our services through third-party applications, social networking sites, or other websites.

Use Of Information

We use the information provided by you to:

  • Verify your authorization to access certain features of our services.
  • Enable you to access and use the services you have selected.
  • Optimize CCI Travel services and personalize your experience on our website by remembering your location, language preferences, and previous engagements.
  • Carry out system administration purposes.
  • Analyse user behaviour and trends to improve and better understand how people use our services.
  • Respond to communications or enquiries you have sent to us.

As noted above, you may be required to provide payment information such as credit card or debit card details either to us or the relevant booking partner when making a booking.

Disclosure Of Your Information

We will never sell your Personal Data to third parties. However, we may share or disclose your Personal Data in accordance with this policy or where required by law.

We may disclose your Personal Data where necessary to prevent, detect, or investigate illegal or suspected illegal activities, prevent damage or loss, respond to legal action, or enforce our legal rights and claims.

We may share your information with affiliated companies within the CCI Travel corporate group for purposes consistent with this policy. Where you make a booking using our services, we may transfer the Personal Data you provide to the relevant travel provider in order to complete your booking. Such travel providers will use your Personal Data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

We may also share your information with selected third parties who process information on our behalf or where necessary to provide the services requested by you. For example, we may disclose your email address to trusted third-party service providers to help identify trends and improve our services and communications.

Where promotions or campaigns are conducted jointly with third parties, we may occasionally share participant information where clearly stated in the campaign terms and where consent has been obtained from you.

In cases where we direct you to third-party travel provider websites to complete bookings, we may use your Personal Data to auto-fill selected details to simplify the booking process.

We may also share anonymous aggregated usage information where appropriate.

Data Storage

All Personal Data you provide to us is stored on secure servers. Regardless of location, we ensure that adequate technical and organizational measures are in place to protect your Personal Data. Access to your Personal Data is limited to employees who require access to perform their duties and provide services to you.

While we strive to protect your Personal Data, please note that transmission of information via the internet can never be completely secure. Any transmission is therefore at your own risk.
